Its called the How To Do Zottman curl :
The Zottman curl is an exercise that with the correct weight it pushes you to your limit, we do not recommended a weight we recommended the maximum capable weight you can do, capable meaning that's its not hurting you or pulling on you.
It work's your fore arms and bicep muscle's, basically its like the normal curl but when you bring the weights down you tern your hands around to put pressure on the bicep and forearm.
Its a great exercise to start your work out with remember to try to have cloves and a friend to watch encase you heart yourself so many people hurt them self's buy not doing it properly and by not having the tighteners on tight make sure you do,
